What are the most optimal ways to create what you want? For me, asking the question I need an answer to, then asking for help from my consciousness and getting quiet to hear the answer works every time.
Another way to manifest just what you need is to pose the question, take a break and immerse yourself in something you love to do. Go paint, exercise, cook, etc. When you return to the problem, most of the time your answer shows up.
